Introduction
This Free Trial Policy governs your use of Smart School App ("the Platform"), a multi-tenant School Management SaaS operated by Raei Technologies ("we", "us", "our") from Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By registering, subscribing to, or otherwise accessing the Platform you agree to this document. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.
14-Day Trial
Every new school is offered a free 14-day trial of the Platform. The trial begins on the day the school registration is approved by us.
Features Available During Trial
All features of the paid plan are available during the trial, including student management, attendance, fees, examinations, timetable, admissions CRM, announcements and reporting.
Trial Limitations
To prevent abuse, the trial is limited to one active trial per legal school entity. Bulk SMS and email quota during the trial may be capped at a reasonable level.
No Obligation to Purchase
The trial is free and does not require a credit card. There is no obligation to subscribe after the trial ends.
Trial Expiration
Fourteen (14) days after activation, the trial expires. The school account moves to a read-only state and no new data can be added until a paid subscription is purchased.
Upgrade Process
To upgrade, the school administrator can visit Settings → Subscription and choose the Monthly or Annual plan. Payment is made through our secure payment gateway.
Trial Conversion
On successful payment, the trial converts into a paid subscription without any loss of data. All records entered during the trial are preserved.
