Introduction
This Cancellation Policy governs your use of Smart School App ("the Platform"), a multi-tenant School Management SaaS operated by Raei Technologies ("we", "us", "our") from Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By registering, subscribing to, or otherwise accessing the Platform you agree to this document. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.
How to Cancel
A school administrator may cancel the subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel. A written request to support@raeitech.com from the registered administrator email will also be honoured.
Effective Date
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The school retains full access to the Platform until that date. There is no lock-in period.
Data Access After Cancellation
For thirty (30) days after the effective date of cancellation the school retains read-only access to the Platform so that it can export student records, fee history, examination results and other data.
Notice Period
No advance notice period is required. Cancellation can be requested on any day; the current paid cycle simply continues until its natural end.
Account Closure
On the 31st day after cancellation the school account is closed and all school data is permanently deleted from production systems in accordance with the Data Ownership Policy. Encrypted backups are retained for a further sixty (60) days for disaster recovery only and are then destroyed.
