Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of Smart School App ("the Platform"), a multi-tenant School Management SaaS operated by Raei Technologies ("we", "us", "our") from Bangalore, Karnataka, India. By registering, subscribing to, or otherwise accessing the Platform you agree to this document. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, in addition to any legal action available under Indian law.

• Any illegal activity or content that violates the laws of India.
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any account, tenant, database or system.
• Hacking, penetration testing or vulnerability scanning without our express written permission.
• Scraping, harvesting or bulk-extracting data other than through official export features.
• Sharing account passwords or session tokens with any third party.
• Uploading content that infringes copyright, trademark or any other intellectual property right.
• Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, worms, ransomware or any other malicious code.
• Sending spam, phishing messages or unsolicited commercial communications through the Platform.
• Abusive, threatening, defamatory or harassing communications directed at students, parents, staff or our team.
• Any use that endangers the safety or wellbeing of a child.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations. Confirmed violations may result in the immediate suspension of the offending user or, in serious cases, the entire school account, with no refund of pre-paid fees.

To report a suspected violation, please write to support@raeitech.com with as much detail as possible, including screenshots and timestamps where available.
