School Admin, Principal, Class Teacher, Accounts, Finance Manager, Payroll Officer, Parent, Student, Librarian, Transport Manager, Driver, and Transport Attendant — plus a Super Admin role for the platform operator.

Every module is gated by a permission catalog. Each role is assigned specific permissions, and School Admins can adjust the Role–Permission Matrix from the Role Permissions module. Sidebar and dashboard cards are filtered to show only what each role can access.

Yes. Class Teachers can view and manage students, attendance, timetable, exams, and marks only for the class/section assigned to them. Add/Bulk/Delete actions are hidden for them.

No. Parents have strictly view-only access to published results and attendance. All marks entry and correction actions are blocked for them at both the UI and server level.

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with tenant isolation. Every table enforces row-level security so one school can never read or modify another school's records.

Passwords are hashed, sessions are secured, failed logins are tracked, and accounts are locked after 5 failed attempts within 15 minutes. A password reset flow is available on the login page.

Yes. Security-sensitive actions (role changes, privileged edits, invitations, exam status changes) are logged in a tamper-resistant audit log visible to School Admins and Super Admins.

You do. Your school owns 100% of its data and can export students, fees, attendance, and results at any time in standard CSV formats.

You can export all data before cancellation. After account closure the data is retained for 30 days for recovery and then permanently deleted.

Emails (invitations, verifications, password resets, notifications) are delivered through a verified domain. Each school can configure a custom sender name and reply-to address so parents see the school's identity, not a generic platform address.

Yes. The Announcements and Messages modules let staff broadcast notices to classes, sections, parents, or the whole school, and support direct messaging between authorised roles.
